I want to play today

I'm feeling especially friendly today. Maybe it's the short work week.

My friend from Florida has been staying with us. That's been nice. She will join Dbf and I for Thanksgiving. My boys are celebrating with their dad.

I lost my son's car payment. I'm dedicating the rest of the morning to looking through my desk and associated clutter. If I don't find it I will be tearing up the living room tonight. I can not be trusted anymore. I'm getting more scatter-brained every day. I haven't been able to find my medical and travel cards for weeks.

I also drop things. I was just walking down the hall at work and I just dropped what I was carrying.

It's a 4 day weekend. Maybe I just need a couple days sleep!

Two posts today.

I'm feeling particularly optimistic today. Today I realized that I'm a pessimist.

I just wanted to say that I **LOVE** my Dbf. I often complain about him.

We often sit and watch movies and just giggle and laugh. He will say something to me that makes me giggle, I'll return the favor. I don't giggle with many people.

And he puts up with me.

*sigh*

The Santa Clara 49ers - what!

The radio this morning upset me. They said the 49ers were going to leave SF. Carey, tell me this is a lie! WTF!

The ultimate catch-all

After my afternoon smoke I stopped in the Gym to go to the bathroom. No, I haven't started excercising yet.

Just as I was sitting my necklace fell off. I tried to grab it but if fell in the toliet. I did grab it right before my stream started.

Weekend fun - Monday drive

Well, yesterday I recovered (as is re-gained custody) of my SW inspired couch. I sent it to my x's when my son and his friend (the one who died a couple of months ago) moved into my x's. This was so they could go to the basement and stay out of dad's hair. Well, when foster daughter and sons then moved to my house I let them take my sectional. So my great SW (Carey inspired) wall and family room had no seating. My son, a friend, my Dbf and I went over yesterday (x wasn't home). The thought went through my head that this is how anyone can clean someone's house out in broad daylight. No one even blinked as we removed the couch. Anyway, my family room is looking good again. Just in time for my friend from Florida (the one who is taking care of her crazy aunt with the wicked cane) to visit me next weekend. Saturday we went and had a delicious steak lunch and I fell asleep on the couch and slept until Sunday morning! I thought this was both good (must have been tired) and bad (a precious weekend day wasted). On the way to work today I was behind a car with "Dinguss" on the license plate. I've seen this car many mornings but just today the license rang that distant bell. Reminded me of both Dingus and Gus! I think I'll re-start exercising today. I admire Bob who seems to always exercise. We have treadmills and bicycles here at work, along with various weight machines. Then again, there is always tomorrow!

This is an update!

It's Wednesday, November 1 and I'm back to work. I'm feeling lazy - kinda tired from working. Everyone wants something from me today. You'd think I've been off work 2 1/2 weeks or something. I'll be catching up on the party in SF this weekend and everyone else's happenings. Thanks for checking!
